Each accommodation has a clearly defined price displayed on its individual page. You can view the price by clicking the reservation link within the selected accommodation.
To see the exact price, please open the page of the desired room or apartment and proceed to the reservation section.
2) How can I make a reservation?
You can book by calling +381 63 497 423 or by clicking this link, then:
- Select your dates.
- Click “Select” below the image of your preferred accommodation.
- On the right side, click “Book now” and fill in your details.
- Confirm the reservation.
3) How can I contact you?

4) What payment methods are available?
Payment by card (online or on-site) or cash on-site.
5) Do you have private parking?
Yes. Free private parking is available for all guests.
6) Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome.
7) What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, check-out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
8) Is Wi-Fi available in the apartments?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all accommodation units.
9) Can I cancel my reservation and under what conditions?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the planned arrival. For shorter notice, our cancellation policy applies according to property rules.
10) How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
Reservations made via Booking receive an automatic email confirmation. For phone reservations, we can send a confirmation email upon request.
11) Can I make a reservation for someone else?
Yes. Please enter the correct details of the guest who will be staying.
12) What if I arrive late at night?
If you plan a late arrival, please inform us in advance. We will send instructions for self check-in. In this case, advance payment is required.
13) How far in advance can I book?
You can book months in advance — early booking is recommended for holidays and weekends.
14) Does the 15% discount apply to phone reservations?
No. The 15% discount applies exclusively to reservations made through our website.
